How to connect your email and your calendar
For Inbox and Agenda to work with your real email and calendar, you need to connect your account from Settings → Integrations.
One step per person
Unlike other integrations (such as company social media accounts), email and calendar are personal: each person on the team connects their own account, and only sees their own email and their own calendar — never a colleague's.
How to connect
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Find the Google connection block and click Connect Gmail.
- Sign in with your Google account and accept the permissions it asks for (email, calendar and Drive).
- You can connect more than one account if you need to.
You can edit each account's signature from the same place.
Note: Outlook / Microsoft can only be connected if your account has it enabled. If you don't see that option next to Connect Gmail, it isn't available to you.
If your account gets disconnected
It's normal for the connection to occasionally stop working (for example, after changing your password). You'll see a clear notice inside the app with a button to reconnect — just sign in again, without losing any data.
Calendars shown in Agenda
Once connected, you can choose which calendars from your account show up in Agenda (if you have several), and in what color, from Calendars for this account, inside that account in Integrations. Each person only sees their own, in the My calendar and Events tabs.
