How to connect Kairos to Claude or ChatGPT

Connecting Kairos takes a few minutes and you only do it once. Have your Claude or ChatGPT account and the email you use to sign in to WorkOS at hand.

Step 1: copy the connector address

In WorkOS, go to Settings.
Find the Kairos in Claude or ChatGPT card.
Click the copy button next to the address https://labs.befocusy.com/mcp.

That is always the connector's address, even if you sign in to WorkOS from your own domain.

Step 2: add the connector in your AI

In Claude.ai or Claude Desktop: Settings → Connectors → "Add custom connector".
In ChatGPT: developer mode → Connectors.

Paste the address you copied.

Step 3: sign in to WorkOS

A WorkOS sign-in page opens. It always appears in Spanish.

Type your WorkOS email and click Enviar código (Send code).
You'll receive a code by email (it expires in 10 minutes). Type it and click Verificar (Verify).
If your email has an account with several WorkOS clients, choose one and click Continuar (Continue).

Each connection is tied to a single client. To connect another one, repeat the whole process by adding the connector a second time.

Step 4: authorize access

The Confirmar acceso (Confirm access) screen appears, summarizing what your AI will be able to do: read your records right away and create or modify only if it asks you to confirm. Click Autorizar (Authorize), or Cancelar (Cancel) if you change your mind.

Common problems

The code doesn't arrive. Check your spam folder. If you mistyped the code or it expired, click Pedir un código nuevo (Request a new code). If your email doesn't have an active WorkOS account, you won't receive anything.
"Demasiados intentos" (Too many attempts). Wait a few minutes and start again.
I want to connect two clients. Add the connector twice and choose a different client each time.
