Which Kairos actions ask for confirmation and how to review them

In Agent Mode, Kairos distinguishes between reading and changing. Reading doesn't need permission; changing does.

No confirmation: reading

Searching, listing or opening a record doesn't modify anything, so Kairos does it directly and shows you the result.

With confirmation: creating, changing or sending

Anything that creates, edits, links or sends something is first presented to you on a card titled Kairos proposes this. Each action has its own checkbox:

• Untick the ones you don't want.
• Click Confirm to apply the ticked ones, or Cancel to reject them all.

Afterwards, the thread keeps a record of what happened: "Proposal accepted by the user", partially accepted or rejected. If you let too much time pass without deciding, the proposal expires and you'll have to ask Kairos for it again.

When a request needs several steps in a row, you normally confirm just once and Kairos chains the rest. If the chain is long, it may ask you to confirm again.

Emails: you always review them

A real email goes to another person, so it has its own path. If Kairos proposes sending one, the card only shows Cancel and Review and send. Clicking the latter opens the Review the email screen:

1. Check the recipient in To (you can add a copy in Copy (CC)).
2. Review the Subject and the Message, and edit them if you want.
3. If you need to, the AI menu corrects spelling, grammar and layout, or translates the message.
4. Click Send.

Kairos never opens that screen on its own, and nothing goes out until you click Send. The email is sent from your connected email account.

What Kairos never does

It doesn't delete or archive records. If you want to remove something, do it yourself from the section itself.

Tip: always read the card before confirming. Each line summarizes what's going to be done, and you can discard just part of it.
