How to create a publication: by hand, with AI or by voice

You can create a publication from the Posts section by clicking Add and choosing By voice or Manual. If you don't see the Add button, it means you don't currently have any network to publish to (see below).

Which networks you can choose

The Social network field only lists the ones you can really use:

• Your own personal networks that are already connected (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). You connect them in Settings → Integrations.
• LinkedIn Empresa and Newsletter, only if you have the "Manage company" permission (or you're the account Owner) and your administrator has set them up.

If there are none, you'll see No networks connected. Web articles aren't created with this button (see the article "Web articles: category, SEO tab and exporting for the blog").

Manual: final post or what it should be about

In the New publication dialog, pick the network and answer What do you want to create?:

• The final post — you write the text exactly as it will go out. The publication goes straight to Publishing, so it needs a Publication date (and an attachment, on social networks) to be scheduled. The AI doesn't get involved.
• What it should be about — you describe the idea, or attach a Research PDF, and the AI drafts the post. It stays in Ready to write and, when it's done, moves to In review for you to go over it. What you write here is only reference material: it is never published.

Then, if you want, add a Media attachment and a date, and click Create publication. If your administrator has enabled per-publication language, you'll also see a Language selector.

By voice

Click Add → By voice and tell Kairos what you'd like to talk about. When you finish, a screen called Publication details asks for the network, the date (today by default) and an optional attachment. Click Continue: the AI drafts the post from what you said, the same way as What it should be about.

How the origin is marked

If your administrator has set it up, the publication shows in Created how it came about: By voice, With AI or Manual.

Tip: if in doubt, start with What it should be about: you can review the draft before anything goes out.
