Statistics for your publications

The Statistics tab in Publications (next to Calendar and List) gathers the performance of your connected networks in one place.

What you see

  • Summary cards with the period total and how much it has gone up or down compared with the previous period: impressions, reach, views, interactions (likes, comments, shares and saves) and new followers. Only metrics that have data appear. Impressions include YouTube and TikTok views (they are different concepts, but these networks have no impressions, so this way their reach counts towards the total).
  • Trend chart. Click a card to choose which metric is drawn. Hover (or tap) the chart to see each day's value. In the one-year period the chart groups data by week.
  • Top publications of the period, with their title (or, if there is none, the first line of the text on the network). If the publication is in WorkOS, clicking it opens its card.
  • Followers by network, with current followers and those gained in the period.

Filters

  • Period: Week (7 days), Month (30 days) or Year (365 days), up to today.
  • Network: All, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Company, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Only the networks you have connected appear; LinkedIn Company only if you are allowed to manage company publications.

Where the data comes from

  • Network figures come from Zernio, the connection to your social networks, and are updated once a day. WorkOS keeps them for a few minutes so the tab loads quickly; the reload button in the header asks for them again.
  • LinkedIn Company is the exception: Zernio's data cannot separate it from your personal account, so WorkOS adds up the metrics of the publications marked as LinkedIn Company. That view does not include followers and only covers recent publications (about 60 days), so in «Year» you will see less history.
  • Each person sees only the statistics of their own networks.

If you see no data

  • There may be no figures yet: they take a little while to appear after publishing.
  • If a notice says your plan does not include statistics, ask for the analytics add-on to be enabled on your social media connection.
  • If you have no network connected, connect one in Integrations.
