What you see on the Home screen and how to use it
Home is the first section of the menu and, normally, the screen you land on when you sign in. Its motto says it all: "Today, at a glance". It only shows your own stuff, even if you left another scope selected in Tasks.
It appears when your account has the Tasks or Agenda section turned on, and each block only shows if its section is available to you.
The blocks
- Today's agenda — the events you still have ahead of you today. The "+" button creates a New event without leaving the screen, and Go to Agenda opens the full section. It only appears if you have Agenda.
- New emails — your latest five unread emails, with a counter showing the total. Click See more → or Go to Inbox for the rest. It only appears if Inbox is properly set up in your account and you've connected at least one email account. Only emails show up here, not WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn messages.
- Today's pending tasks — the tasks dated today, grouped by status. Each group (except "No status" and "In progress") has its own "+" to create a task directly in that status, and Go to Tasks takes you to the full section.
- Completed today — the tasks dated today that you've already finished. If your account uses time tracking, you'll see the total at the bottom: "Time spent today".
Tasks on Home work just like in the Tasks section: you can open them to see their detail, complete them or, if your account has it, start the timer.
Refreshing the screen
Home doesn't refresh continuously: it loads when you enter. If you've changed something elsewhere, click the Reload button in the header.
Common problems
- I can't see the emails block. Check that you've connected your email account in Settings → Integrations.
- A task isn't in "Today's pending tasks". Only your own uncompleted tasks dated today appear. A task with no date or another date will show up in the Tasks section, not here.
