How to ask Kairos for things in Agent Mode (with examples)

In Agent Mode you talk to Kairos like you would to a person: you ask for what you need and it decides which steps to take.

How to start

Click the round red Kairos button (bottom right; on your phone, above the bottom bar). If it opens in Process Mode, click the Agent Mode tab.
Speak (tap the microphone) or type in the Ask Kairos for something… box and click Send.
With Switch to text interaction or Switch to voice interaction you alternate between the two ways.

"Create a task to review Acme's proposal, for Friday."
"Find my notes about onboarding and give me a summary."
"Mark the task of calling Laura as completed."
"Link the contact Ana Pérez to the company Acme."
"Write a reply to Marcos's last email accepting the meeting."

What it can do

Kairos works with the sections your account has active: Tasks, Digital Garden, Projects and services, Documents, Wiki, Contacts, Companies, Inbox and Posts. It can search and list records (by dates, text, status…), read a full one, create, change fields, rewrite content or edit a fragment, and link records to one another. It can also read meetings from your Agenda. It follows the same privacy rules as the rest of the app.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't delete or archive anything, in any section.
It doesn't create or move calendar events in this mode. For that, use Process Mode and the Calendar category.

What you'll see in the conversation

When Kairos looks up records, Records consulted appears below its answer, with links to open them. If it has to create or change something, it first shows you a card for you to confirm (see the article "Which Kairos actions ask for confirmation and how to review them").

Common problems

"This took longer than expected": your request needed too many steps in a row. Split it into more specific requests.
It can't find a record: give it the exact title or cite the page with @.

Tip: you can ask for several things in the same message. Kairos groups them and proposes them together.
