What the Wiki is and how it is organized (Types and Topics)
The Wiki is your team's operating wiki: manuals, procedures and references that everyone needs to consult. Unlike the Digital Garden (personal, made of loose notes), the Wiki is browsed through a fixed structure: Types (tabs) that group Topics, and inside each topic, its articles.
How to navigate
At the top you have the rail of Types; below it, an accordion with that Type's Topics; and a search box. A heading always reminds you which Type you're in ("Viewing ... articles").
Creating an article
From a topic's "+" button: you can create one with just a title, or by uploading a file (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) so AI generates the content from it.
You can also create new Types and Topics directly from the app (New tab and New topic group buttons), without having to open Notion.
Who can see an article
If your account uses Team privacy, it works like the Digital Garden: an article with no Members assigned and not marked as Shared is visible to no one. An article you create from WorkOS includes you automatically. You can also mark an article as Favorite.
Articles marked as "Skill"
An article can be marked as a Skill: it's highlighted in green in the list, and when you cite it as context for the Kairos assistant, it treats it as a real procedure to follow — not just as reference material. It's useful for documenting "how to do X step by step" in a way the AI can actually carry out.
Moving or deleting an article
You can change an existing article's Type and Topic from its own detail page. Deleting it can only be done by whoever created it, or by the account administrator.
