What the Posts section is and what kinds of content you can create

The Posts section covers three different kinds of content, all managed from the same place:

  • Social media — LinkedIn (personal and Company), TikTok, Instagram, YouTube. Each person connects their own personal accounts; Company LinkedIn is shared.
  • Newsletter — email to your contact list, through your connected provider (Kit.com, SendFox, Brevo or Substack).
  • Web — a blog article, with SEO fields and the option to export it or sync it with WordPress.

Two sections you shouldn't mix up

  • Research (sometimes "What to talk about") — this is only reference material for AI to draft your publication from. It never gets published.
  • Post (or "Final post") — this is the text that actually gets published.

Creating a publication

By hand (choosing the network, writing the post or describing what it should be about) or by voice, with the Kairos assistant. You can let AI draft the Post from your Research, in the tone and style you've configured as your own.

The usual flow

(Status names may vary if your administrator customized them; these are the usual ones.) Ready to write → AI drafts the post → In review → you review/edit it and click Schedule postPublishingScheduledCompleted. You can cancel a publication before it goes out, or duplicate an existing one to reuse it.

Calendar and comments

The Calendar view lets you drag a publication to reschedule its date. Comments a publication receives on the social network itself can be viewed and replied to without leaving WorkOS.

If something didn't get published

If an account gets disconnected, you'll get a notice with a button to reconnect it — the pending publication will be retried once it's reconnected.
