AI usage: tokens and cost this month

Below Help center, in the sidebar (and in the mobile user menu), there's an AI usage this month block showing how much AI your account has used this month and its estimated cost. Only the account Owner and anyone marked as Technical contact see it.

What it shows

• The tokens used, in millions, with 3 decimals.
• The estimated cost, in US dollars, calculated with the official rates of every AI model your account uses (Voice, Inbox, Kairos, Calendar…). It's an estimate: it doesn't discount any savings from providers' caching, so the real cost may be a bit lower.

If any model used doesn't have a registered rate yet, the cost is marked as incomplete (with a + sign) — the amount you see is a minimum, not the real total.

Seeing the breakdown by module

Click the block to open a window with the month's breakdown: two pie charts (one for tokens, one for cost) and a table with each module — Publishing, Voice, Inbox, Kairos, Calendar, Wiki, Documents…—, its share of the total and its cost.

Monthly limit bar

If your account has a monthly token limit configured, a bar with the percentage used shows below the figure:

• Teal while you're below 80 % of the limit.
• Amber from 80 % onward.
• Red once you reach or go over 100 %.

The limit is purely informational: going over it doesn't block anything or cut off any service. If your account has no limit configured, the block shows no bar at all, just the usage.

The limit is set by a platform administrator; there's no way to configure it from your own account.
